<p>A pneumatic tire (1) has longitudinal grooves (12) formed continuously in the circumferential direction in a region of a buttress part disposed between a tread part and a sidewall part; a plurality of transverse grooves (9) formed continuously with the longitudinal grooves in the buttress part in an axial direction of the pneumatic tire, with the transverse grooves spaced at certain intervals in the circumferential direction; and a concave portion (14) formed in each of a plurality of blocks (13) surrounded with the longitudinal grooves (8,12) and the transverse grooves (9), with the concave portion (14) extended in the circumferential direction of the pneumatic tire. The number of concave portions (14) is varied according to the circumferential length of each of the blocks (13).</p> |
