A device for cellular therapy capable of being introduced by means of a catheter towards a site (V) to be subjected to treatment including:
- an expandable portion (3) capable of being expanded between a contracted position and a deployed position at the treatment site, such as to achieve an angioplasty treatment at the site, and
- a conveyor portion (7, 8) capable of receiving cells for cellular therapy (C) and delivering the cells to the treatment site, concomitantly with performance of the angioplasty operation.
