<p>Device (1) for opening a panel, comprising a first opening arm (2) and a second opening arm (3) which are mutually connected and slidable for respectively an opening movement and a closing movement, blocking means (15) with a blocking position for the purpose of blocking the closing movement and a free position in which the opening arms (2,3) are freely slidable, and comprising operating means (7) for operating the blocking means (15), wherein the operating means (7) are able and adapted to alternately place the blocking means (15) in the blocking position and the free position in successive closing movements, and wherein the blocking means (15) are always in a free position during an opening movement, characterized in that synchronizing means (45) are provided which are able and adapted to act in a starting position of the blocking means (15) during actuation such that they return thereto in a subsequent closing movement.</p> |
