A pipe hanger is provided to prevent falling of a positioned pipe by supporting the pipe by an engaging part of a semi-circular band divided into two left and right parts. A pipe hanger includes a pad(14), a vibration-proof unit(15), locking unit parts(20). The pad fastens a pipe engaged with and supported by a semi-circular band to prevent the vibration. The vibration-proof unit is installed in the interior of a support bracket. The vibration-resisting unit part resiliently urges a nut member upward and restrains the nut member. A locking plate is press-fitted into mounting holes formed in mounting plates of a semi-circular band and a support bracket. A locking unit part is mounted to a mounting piece of the other semi-circular band. The locking unit parts are locked to and released from the locking plate. An engaging piece formed at the lower end of the semi-circular band is extended to the opposite side over a horizontal line by a positioning piece.
