FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has two lift-dilators of costal margins. Arches have vertical uprights and members for fastening them to operation table on both sides of the table. Threaded cantilever bars are provided with nuts and hooks for drawing costal margins aside. Hepatic hook is curved in three points and attached to its threaded cantilever bar. Hepatic hook cantilever bar is connected to S-shaped attachment member which upper cylindrical end is connected to cylindrical part of fastening unit. Hepatic hook cantilever bar with boss and tightening nut is positioned in fastening unit slit. The lower end is connected to the fastening unit of right costal hook cantilever bar. The mediastinal hook is curved at 105° and 145° in two points having three plates of radial form. The mediastinal hook is connected to its threaded cantilever bar via transition member by means of connection members mounted on its ends. The cantilever bar is fixed fastening unit hole by means of tightening and fixing nut. The fastening unit is connected to S-shaped attachment member via connector. The S-shaped attachment member has counterpart of connection to the fastening unit of the left costal hook threaded cantilever bar. ^ EFFECT: high adjustment accuracy of trans-hiatal surgical access to inferior mediastinum. ^ 2 dwg
