A multi-system by using a waste heat recovery ventilator is provided to efficiently drive a waste heat recovery ventilator and reduce energy consumption by preventing unnecessary ventilation, and promptly ventilate a space requiring ventilation by controlling an air inflow amount and an air outflow amount of each room. A plurality of air inflow pipes(160) are connected with an air supply duct to introduce heat-exchanged outdoor air into rooms. A plurality of air outflow pipes(170) are connected with a discharge duct to discharge indoor air out of the rooms. A plurality of dampers(180) are installed at the air inflow pipes and the air outflow pipes for controlling an air inflow amount and an air outflow amount. An operating part(120) is formed at each room. A control unit receives a certain signal from each operating part for controlling opening degrees of the dampers to control an air inflow amount and an air outflow amount of each room.
