A tire manufacturing apparatus using strip winding is provided to exclude devices for producing half-finished products by attaching a rubber strip with precisely controlling the posture of a core drum by moving the core drum in the directions of x and y axes and rotating the core drum on a plane. The tire manufacturing apparatus using strip winding is composed of a core drum(100) turned by a servo motor(110) installed at an upper frame(120), attached with a rubber strip forming a tire, on the outer peripheral surface, and shaped like the tire; a plane rotating device(130) rotating the upper frame on a plane; a middle frame(140) rotatively supporting the upper frame and supporting the plane rotating device; a y-axis moving device(150) moving the middle frame toward a y-axis on the plane; a lower frame(160) slidably supporting the middle frame toward a y-axis and propping up the y-axis moving device; an x-axis moving device(170) moving the lower frame toward an x-axis on the plane; and a base(180) slidably supporting the lower frame toward an x-axis and propping up the x-axis moving device.
