FIELD: the invention refers to the field of technical means used for active influencing on clouds and cloud systems with the view of artificial increasing of precipitations and prevention of hail hitting. ^ SUBSTANCE: the aviation meteorological complex has located aboard an aircraft means of active influencing on clouds, equipment for measuring parameters of atmospheric environment and also mated with it an airborne automatic system of receiving and telecasting of data having a radio station and connected to it a radio modem, a control block mating with airborne means of active influencing on clouds. At that the control block has a processor with a color video terminal and a control panel. On the ground station of controlling the flight and active influencing there are in-series inserted a meteoradiolocator, a calculator and an arrangement of receiving and telecasting data including a radio station and connected with it a radio modem. ^ EFFECT: increases noise immunity and reliability of data exchange between an aircraft and the ground station of controlling the flight and active influencing on clouds. ^ 6 dwg
