A pyrolytic reactor of waste tires is provided to reduce heat loss by preventing some of gas generated while waste tire chips are pyrolyzed into carbon black, from being deposited in a horizontal pipe. The pyrolytic reactor of waste tires is composed of left and right frames(40,50) installed at both sides of a first horizontal pipe(10) combined with an input port(111) and a second horizontal pipe combined with a discharge port(111'); a drive motor joined with a chain drive sprocket wheel and installed at the left frame; a chain one side of which is connected to the chain drive sprocket wheel and the other side is connected to a chain driven sprocket wheel of a driving shaft joined with the drive sprocket wheel; the chain driven sprocket wheel combined to the right frame; a transfer conveyor(20) circulated through the inside of the first and second horizontal pipes between the drive and driven sprocket wheels; a vertical pipe(12) connecting the opposite side facing the input port of the first horizontal pipe with the opposite side facing the discharge port of the second horizontal pipe; gas discharge ports(14,14') combined to the first and second horizontal pipes, respectively; and a heating unit covering each outside of the first and second horizontal pipes. A transfer blade has support pieces welded at the upper and lower sides of a unit connecting ring; first through-holes formed on each support piece and second through-holes formed at a blade piece with facing the first through-hole to combine the support pieces and the blade piece by bolts and nuts; and the blade piece having a center portion separated into left and right parts and the other side curved convexly.
