FIELD: oil and gas production, particularly downhole equipment used at final drilling stage and for oil and gas well operation under pressure. ^ SUBSTANCE: shutoff valve comprises eccentric hollow body with seat, cylinder with sub, spring-loaded disc slide, spring annular fixer, differential plunger with clamping clutch and head connected thereto. The head cooperates with seat, disc slide and spring annular fixer. Eccentric hollow body and cylinder with sub have inner channels. Disc slide comprises additional start spring arranged from rear side thereof. Angle of disc slide taper is alpha>=10.
