FIELD: electric heating, cooling, or insulating arrangements for boreholes or wells, particularly to heat hardening oil products in chemical and petrochemical industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: heater comprises tubular body with heat carrier and electric heating means. Electric heating means is located in lower part of tubular body. Circulation pipe branch is installed between the tubular body and electric heating means. Upper part of circulation pipe branch projects over liquid heat carrier surface. Lower part thereof has spherical bottom with orifice to permit heat carrier passage in cylinder interior towards electric heating means. Upper part of circulation pipe branch comprises converging nozzle to provide stable geyser effect. Tubular body has increased diameter in condensation zone.
