FIELD: manufacture of building materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of porous building materials, predominantly synthetic binder-based mineral wool boards, and can be used in production of fibrous heat-insulation products. Production line comprises mixing tank; pump installed so that it can in sequence supply phenol-formaldehyde resin and ammonia water from mixing tank through closed pipeline system to delivery tank for prepared binder; delivery tanks for components utilized in preparation of binder; dosing units; and pipelines. Ammonia water preparation installation communicates through the same pump and the same pipeline system with ammonia water delivery tank, which is provided with safety valve designed to throw off excessive pressure. Another invention object is a method of preparing binder for mineral wool board production, which comprises pumping phenol-formaldehyde resin first to delivery tank and then, through batcher, to mixing tank, to which ammonium sulfate (neutralizing agent) is added at stirring, after which thus prepared phenol-formaldehyde binder is directed to delivery tank. Pumping of ammonia water to ammonia water delivery tank and pumping prepared phenol-formaldehyde binder to binder delivery tank are effected in turn through the same pipeline system and by means the same pump, while wash water after washing of pipelines with ammonia water are directed to ammonia water delivery tank. ^ EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
