FIELD: measuring technique. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises ferromagnetic core, two inductive coils, rotated lever with a roller, shaft, measuring instrument, and alternating current source. The rotated lever is mounted at an angle of 20-30° to the vertical diameter of the shaft. The ferromagnetic core is mounted at the end of the lever. The open face of the core is mounted with a spaced relation to the shaft.
