A support mount for an underground high voltage line is provided to prevent a high voltage electric pole and the high voltage line from being damaged by installing a protective unit for protecting a tube from an external shock. A lower support unit(10) is formed in a donut-like shape and includes a coupling hole and a coupling concave unit. Plural tubes(14) are formed to be bent at middle points thereof to protect high voltage lines on or under the ground. The tubes are radially installed on an external periphery of a high voltage electric pole, so that the high voltage lines are selectively inserted into the tubes. An upper support unit(20) is formed in the same shape as the lower support unit and includes plural coupling holes and coupling convex units. Upper and lower fixing units(30a,30b) are inserted into upper and lower portions of the tubes. An impact absorbing unit is insert-coupled with the concave converts unit. A pair of protecting units(40) are made of a sponge and radially installed on the external periphery of the high voltage electric pole. A clamp(50) is coupled with external insertion holes of the upper and lower fixing units and fixes the fixing units outside the fixing units.
