FIELD: medicine, clinical physiology of respiration. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to determine total and dynamic elasticity of lungs to calculate the coefficient of functional pulmonary activity (CFPA) by the following formula: CFPA=E/Cdyn, where E - total elasticity of lungs, Cdyn - dynamic elasticity of lungs at the level of respiratory volume in three different respiratory cycles of spontaneous respiration, out of which the maximal value should be taken, and at CFPA value ranged 0.6-1.1 one should detect the norm, at CFPA value ranged 1.1-1.9 - the 1st degree, at CFPA value ranged 2.0-3.3 - the 2nd degree, at CFPA ranged 3.4-6.4 - the 3d degree and at CFPA values being above 6.4 one should determine the 4th degree of affected functional state of pulmonary tissue. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of evaluation. ^ 3 ex, 4 tbl |
