A ball valve having an anti-freezing heater is provided to prevent the ball valve from being frozen by embedding a cartridge heater in a center bolt supporting balls of the ball valve. In a ball valve, a valve ball(132) for opening and closing a passage is installed in a valve body(130). The valve ball is rotatably supported by a ball shaft(134) and a center bolt(136). A handle(138) is attached to the ball shaft. Bolt holes(131) are punched on one side of the valve body and in a rotational shaft of the valve ball. A cartridge heater(140) is embedded in the center bolt. A coil state resistance heating wire is wound on the inner side of a tube(141) which can be inserted into a heater insertion recess. A plurality of terminal wires are exposed to the outside. A male screw portion(143) and a hexagonal head portion(144) are formed at one end of the tube so as to be engaged with the center bolt.
