<p>An RFID card using Korean paper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent air pollution and remarkably reduce manufacturing cost and weight by using the Korean paper as a sheet forming the RFID card, forming a loop antenna on the Korean paper with silk screen printing, and perform a waterproof process to the Korean paper. A base sheet(11) consists of a clipboard made by chopping/mixing bark of paper mulberry and straw, and protection sheets(14,15) consist of a coated paper coating perilla oil on the Korean paper made by chopping/mixing the bark of the paper mulberry. Transparent file sheets(17,18) consist of Chinese drawing paper made of a wisteria and printed by the silk screen printing. The loop antenna(12) is connected to an RFID chip(13) by printing conductive ink on the clipboard.</p> |
