FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, cutting members for meat product grinders. ^ SUBSTANCE: meat product grinding knife has blades connected to define cross-piece and equipped with cylindrical grooves provided through cutting edges and annular cutting edges provided at blade bases. Cylindrical grooves are formed through annular cutting edge at an angle of 15-30 deg to knife axis, in direction of rotation. Blade surfaces rearward of cutting edges are arranged at different angles with respect to one another.
