摘要 FIELD: chemical industry; methods and the production lines of the electrolytic production of the magnesium from the solid deep-dehydrated carnallite. ^ SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to the electrolytic production of the magnesium from the solid deep-dehydrated carnallite and the production line for the method realization. The method includes loading of the solid deep-dehydrated carnallite in the head apparatus, its melting in the flow of the recycling electrolyte. Then conduct the electrochemical refining and clarification of the produced melt, electrolytic production of the magnesium in the refining and running electrolyzer of the production line. Separation of the magnesium from the electrolyte is exercised in the separator and removal from it of the part of the spent electrolyte. The remained part of the spent electrolyte is used as the recycling electrolyte for the melting in it of the solid deep-dehydrated carnallite. At that the solid deep-dehydrated carnallite is loaded in the head apparatus up to 80 % from the required amount for the production line, and the remained carnallite is loaded in the refining electrolyzers. The recycling electrolyte from the separator is routed into the head apparatus and the refining electrolyzers in the quantities proportionally to the values of the raw loaded into them. The production line for electrolytic production of magnesium includes the head apparatus, the refining electrolyzers, the separator for separation of magnesium from the electrolyte, combined in the common hydrodynamic circuit by the transportation channels. The separator is connected by the additional transportation channels with the refining electrolyzers. The technical result of the group of inventions is the reduced labor input due to the increased productivity of the electrolyzers and reduction of the specific consumption of the electrical power. ^ EFFECT: the group of inventions ensures the reduced labor input, the increased productivity of the electrolyzers and reduction of the specific consumption of the electrical power. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
