A rubber sealing member having a straight fiber layer and a manufacturing method are provided to increase modulus of elasticity and decrease elongation percentage by aligning plural straight fiber yarns on the outer peripheral surface of extruded foam in parallel and equally applying an adhesive agent. The rubber sealing member(10) having a straight fiber layer(13) is composed of extruded foam(11) formed with a circular or square section and selected from a group comprising natural rubber, cis-1,4-polyisoprene rubber, polybutadiene rubber, SBR(Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NBR(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), HNBR(Halo Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Rubber), butyl rubber, halobutyl rubber, EPM(Ethylene Propylene Monomer) rubber, EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber, CR(Chloroprene Rubber), EVM(Ethylene-VinylAcetate Copolymer) rubber, silicone rubber, ECO(Epichlorohydrin) rubber, urethane rubber, and the mixture thereof; the fiber layer longitudinally aligned at the inside or outer peripheral surface of the extruded foam in parallel and composed of plural straight fiber yarns(f) selected from nylon, polyester, aramid, or natural yarns; and an adhesive layer(15) coated with a butyl rubber adhesive agent to cover the straight fiber yarns.
