A dry type recycled aggregate manufacturing method using a bidirectional conveyer is provided to effectively treat different kinds of construction wastes and to remove fine powders and foreign materials by blowing the air. The dry type recycled aggregate manufacturing method using a bidirectional conveyer comprises the steps of: putting the construction wastes into a vibrating hopper(1) by using heavy equipment like an excavator or a wheel loader; firstly crushing the input construction wastes by a jaw crusher(2); sorting out steel materials contained in the firstly crushed construction wastes by a magnetic sorter(3); sorting out the soil below 25mm by using a sorting screen, discharging the soil to the lower side, and then transferring the soil to an open storage yard by a discharge conveyor and dropping the construction wastes sorted to the lower side, in the end; separating foreign materials from the falling construction wastes by blowing the air by a blower; sorting out non-ferrous metal or foreign materials with transferring the falling construction wastes by a sorting conveyor(6); and selectively changing the transfer direction of the wastes to transfer the construction wastes dropping on the bidirectional conveyer to one of a foreign material containing waste treating step or a good waste concrete treating step according to the quality of the wastes.
