A chassis boss assembly and a display apparatus comprising the same are provided to increase joint intensity by integrating a boss having a groove with a reinforcing member without using an additional reinforcing cap and an additional bracket. A chassis boss assembly includes a chassis base(60), a boss part(71), a reinforcing member part(72), and a coupling part(73). A groove is formed in the inside of the boss part. The reinforcing member part is used for supporting the boss part to the chassis base. The reinforcing member part is extended from one end of the boss part to a vertical direction in order to reinforce the rigidity of the chassis base. The reinforcing member part and the boss part are formed with one body. The coupling part is used for coupling the reinforcing member part with the chassis base.
