PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A plasma display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to secure largely a discharge space by arranging an address electrode on a front substrate. A first electrode is formed on a substrate(S11). A first dielectric layer is formed on the substrate in order to cover the first electrode(S12). A second dielectric layer is formed on the first dielectric layer in order to cover the first dielectric layer(S13). A resist is coated on the second dielectric layer(S14). The resist is patterned. A discharge space forming groove and an electrode forming groove are formed by etching the second dielectric layer(S15). A second and third electrodes are formed by burying the electrode forming groove with electrode paste(S16). A third dielectric layer is formed on a part of the second dielectric layer in order to cover the electrode forming groove(S17).
