A plate for roasting meat is provided to easily remove the used oil by projecting a roasting part from the upper surface and to carve various patterns on one surface or both surfaces of the meat by forming the roasting part with forward and reverse patterns. A plate(A) for roasting meat is composed of a roasting part(2) projected from an upper surface(1) of the roasting plate; and forward or reverse patterns(3,4) projected and carved on the upper side of the roasting part. The forward or reverse patterns are projected with circular projection structures. Installing surfaces(11) are formed at both sides of the upper surface of the roasting plate, oil guiding grooves(12) are formed at the edge parts, and plural oil discharge holes(13) are formed at the center of the guide grooves. |
