A coaxial sleeve (15) is mounted exterior of the duct and comprises a lower end (19) provided as a valve seat. The sleeve delimits a chamber (24) along with the duct and is displaced in translation between a closed position and an open position with respect to the duct. The valve seat cooperates with the stopper in a sealed manner, in the closed position. The valve seat is spaced from the stopper, in the open position, for permitting the flow of the product. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used in a liquid or powdery product dosing device mounted on a frame of a liquid or powdery product dispensing machine in bakery field for distributing a liquid product such as liquid yeast e.g. liquid yeast cream (all claimed), and a powdery product e.g. yeast or dry yeast, where the dosing device is used for activating the valve. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The valve seat cooperates with the stopper cooperating with the valve seat in a sealed manner in the closed position, thus stopping the flow of the product, and hence permitting to avoid leakages so as to guarantee a better sealing of the valve and better hygienic conditions.
