摘要 A wireless Internet service quality measurement system in a mobile communication network and a method thereof are provided to collect and mutually relate accounting data and log data, subscriber information and CP(Contents Provider) information, network path information and inferior generation call information, and query information and pending call information, then to integrate the collected information by a transaction unit, so as to measure quality of a wireless Internet service. A replication server(109) services contents supplied from a CP(S4) to mobile communication terminals(S1-1,S1-2), and collects raw data corresponding to the contents service to convert the collected data into the standard format. A subscriber information collector(111) collects information on a subscriber who demands the contents service. A CP information collector(113) collects CP information corresponding to the contents service. A network information collector(115) collects network information contained in packet head information corresponding to the contents service. An inferior generation call collector(117) collects inferior generation call information by analyzing accounting data output patterns. A query collector(119) collects DNS(Domain Name System) query failure information for retransmission pattern analysis and a transmission amount per packet for the contents service. A pending call collector(121) collects pending call information. A transaction server(123) mutually relates the raw data, the subscriber information, the CP information, the inferior generation call information, the DNS query failure information, and the pending call information to integrate the related information in transaction unit. A wireless Internet service manager(125) manufactures a service quality index by comparing the integrated information with preset threshold information, and manages a quality level by using the index.
