A system for managing production using a ubiquitous technology is provided to order work and receive a report from each workshop based on production schedule information received from an ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system, and collect/process production result of each production equipment by using a computer network. Each embedded device(200) is installed at each equipment(30,40) of the workshop, and includes a communicator, a state information manager, a state information database, a state information provider, an equipment operation controller and a distributed processing part. An integrated management server(100) transceives data with each embedded device, and includes a communication driver, a point manager, a database manager, an application manager and an abnormal state prediction manager. A mobile terminal(300) transceives the data with the embedded device or the server, inquires the state information of the equipment to the server, and informs the manager of system management information received from the server. |
