A multi-functional holder for display, shelf and signboard is provided to install a flat plate portion to form a level state when installing a holder by using a two-way assembly member, or adjusting the inclination angle of the flat plate portion when installing the flat plate portion to be slant. The holder(2) is installed on an uneven pillar on whose outer circumferential surface concave portions and convex portions are formed in turn. The holder(2) comprises a hollow portion(2a) to be detachably attached to a two-way assembling member installed on the convex portion of the uneven pillar. On the outer surface of the hollow portion(2a), convex and concave portions are formed in turn. On one side of the hollow portion(2a), a connection portion(2b) formed to protrude and a flat plate portion(2c) formed on the connection portion(2b) in the shape of a plane are integrally formed.
