A road with a floor surface for draining is provided to drain water collected from a depression of the road to an auxiliary base layer by driving a drain pipe to the depression, and to fasten the drain pipe firmly by turning a grating. A drain pile(100) is pressed and fitted to a depression(31) of a road to drain water to an auxiliary base layer(20). The drain pile has a pile body cylindrically formed and provided with an opening part and a drain port, a flange formed in an upper part of the pile body, a grating rotated and combined with the opening part of the pile body, a screw shaft(140) extended downward from a lower center of the grating, a bracket(150) combined with the screw shaft, a couple of turning arms(160) hinge-combined with the bracket and protruded out of the pile body through the drain port, and a spring(170) elastically pressing the turning arm outward. The grating combined with the bracket and the turning arm is assembled with the pile body, and an inclined surface(162) of the turning arm is contacted to a guide surface(114a) of a guide member(114) in moving the bracket up by turning the grating. A fitting projection(161) of the turning arm is driven into the auxiliary base layer to fix the pile body to the road. Hydroplaning is prevented by draining water from the depression through the opening part and the drain port of the pile body to the auxiliary base layer. |
