A waterproof structure of a rooftop slab and a waterproof panel thereof are provided to restrict a permeable layer and a waterproof layer from coming off by discharging moisture from pores of the permeable layer through an exhaust member, and to prevent environmental pollution by recycling waste tire chips and waste urethane chips. A waterproof panel includes a permeable layer(310) made of waste tire chips or waste urethane chips, a rubber foam layer formed on the permeable layer, and a hard waterproof layer(350) formed on the rubber foam layer and made of fiber reinforced plastic resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyethylene resin, polyurethane resin or poly urea resin. A horizontal groove is formed in a lower part of the permeable layer, and communicated with a vertical groove. A side of the hard waterproof layer is placed from the rubber foam layer within the predetermined range owing to forming the hard waterproof layer on the rubber foam layer. Rainwater infiltration between the waterproof layer and an exhaust member(50) is restricted by sealing, and a top coating layer(370) is formed by spreading urethane resin on the waterproof layer. |
