A structure of a parapet in a veranda of an apartment house for opening and closing is provided to restrict inflow of foreign matters or rainwater into the veranda, and to feed natural wind and water to plants in the veranda in the rain by forming a first opening part, a moving unit and a second opening part in a lower part of a door part. A parapet structure of a veranda includes a door part, a parapet fixed to the door part, a first opening part(300), a moving unit(400) communicated with the first opening part to move a support member(370), and a second opening part having second opening members with a first spring, a storage hole and a projection, a guide groove and a second spring. The first opening part comprises a fixing unit(310), a couple of winding units(320) installed in the fixing unit, a first opening member(330), a cavity(340) opened or closed by the first opening member, a couple of gears(350) interlocking with the first opening member, a couple of pinions(360) interlocking with the gears, and the support member interlocking with the pinion and moving back and forth. An end of a guide bar(410) is fixed to the side of the moving unit, and the opposite end is turned and interlocked with a torsion spring. |
