A roasting pan is provided to prevent the material from being stuck on the floor of the pan body by sticking and roasting the material to the heating pins. A roasting pan is composed of: a pan body(50a) formed with plural combining projections(55a) on a floor(52a) and heated by the heat from the heat surface; plural combining holes(65a) fitted in the combining projections; a heat transferring plate(60a) laid on the floor of the pan body to receive the heat from the pan body; and plural heating pins(70a) standing-installed on the upper surface of the heat transferring plate so as to receive the heat from the heat transferring plate and sharply formed to insert the upper end deeply into the material so as to rapidly roast the outer and inner parts of the material. The heat transferring plate is formed with a size enough to cover the floor of the pan body. |
