The system has a pair of ventilators (V1, V2), in which the ventilator (V1) is fixed on a left side of chassis of a decoder (1) and extracts energy dissipated in the decoder. The chassis e.g. cover, is covered with an absorption foam. The ventilator (V2) is positioned in a adapter (22) provided under a housing (21) of a hard disk (20) using a silent block for injecting air directly to the hard disk of the decoder, where a certain space is provided between the ventilator (V2) and a wall of the adapter. An independent claim is also included for a method of controlling ventilators of a cooling system.
