<p>A device for transporting and transferring of dough rolls in bakery for fermenting and cooking, comprises a frame support on which cylindrical elements of metallic rod and movable endless sheet are fixed, a rotating shaft structure (20) comprising fixed hollow tubes (53, 54) with a transverse metal rod (19), a roller fixed with the frame support, and a grip element. The dough rolls are placed on the metallic rod and the endless sheet. The metallic rod (3) is fixed with the gripping element and is projected to place the sheet in an oven by holding the rod. The dough rolls are placed on the metallic rod and the endless sheet. The metallic rod (3) is fixed with the gripping element and is projected to place the sheet in an oven by holding the rod. The sheet is fixed with the gripping element. The structure of the frame support is useful to change the position of the metallic rod connected by the support. The metallic rod is fixed with the structure enclosed at ends of members/inner side of two members, placed in a center of the frame support. Sliding the metallic rod with respect to the frame support to shift the opposite sides of the frame in active position. The structure is placed at the intersection of two sides of the frame support. The metallic rod rotates around the structure in the holding and an active position. The metallic rod is rotated by an user. The length of the metallic rod is same as the length of the frame support. The frame support comprises two members placed in length of the support and fixed with a grid. The sheet (15) has higher and lower parts that are separated by two rollers parallel with each other. The grid is placed between two parts of the endless sheet. The transverse metal rod is fixed with two members and placed under the lower part of the sheet. The gripping element has a door type structure with a hooked system. The grip element is a split tube, an iron blade and a seam. The endless sheet is made up of fabric and a heat resistant material that is placed on the metallic rod. Independent claims are included for: (1) an oven; and (2) a fermentation cupboard.</p> |
