PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To timely provide information supposed to interest a user even when the user does not consciously use an information terminal.

SOLUTION: A cart terminal apparatus 10 is mounted on a cart to be moved together with a user in a store, a contents display control part 16 grasps the position of the cart in the store by positional information transmitted from an IR transmitter installed in each section and displays contents related to commodities exhibited in nearby sections on a screen in real time on the basis of correspondence between positional information and contents which is stored in a position-contents relation set storing part 19.
