<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening-closing member control device and its control method capable of reducing a variation in its stopping position by stopping an opening-closing member on this side of a full opening position without generating an impulsive sound when driving the opening-closing member in the full opening position direction. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 3 of a power window device 1 stores a speed control starting position C set between the full opening position A and a full closure position D and a speed control finish position B set in the vicinity of the full opening position A, and reduces motor output up to reaching the speed control finish position B after window glass 11 reaches a speed control starting position C when driving the window glass 11 in the full opening position A direction, and cuts off current-carrying to a motor 20 when reaching the speed control finish position B. The speed control finish position B is set in a position unreachable up to the full opening position A by the window glass 11 at a moving speed of the window glass 11 when cutting off the current-carrying to the motor 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
