<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a special trouble shooting capability for many different network links and signaling protocols. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for monitoring the operation of a mobile communication network, the mobile communication network comprises a multiplicity of different type communication links for conveying communication data between end users while the different respective types of communication links are provided with individual respective signaling information protocols and the method comprises a step, wherein signaling informations from respective communication links are recorded in a database during routing of communication data through the communication system, and a step for producing database reports, including end-to-end call statistics involving the communication links between end users and the counts of successful and unsuccessful calls in each types of calls, from the recorded signaling informations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
