<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic beverage where increase of Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris is suppressed while maintaining its flavor and appearance favorable, generation of odd taste is suppressed and flavor deterioration is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The acidic beverage contains at least one kind of a tempel compound selected from the group comprising limonene, myrcene and balennsenn, wherein the content of the tempel compound is 0.1-2,000 ppm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
