PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finite element analysis method, a finite element analysis device and a computer program, capable of minimizing an arithmetic time while reducing an arithmetic processing load required for analysis of a computer even when a shape model has a complicated shape. SOLUTION: An analysis error is calculated in each divided finite element, and it is decided whether the finite element having the calculated analysis error larger than a prescribed value exists or not. When it is decided that the finite element having the analysis error larger than the prescribed value exists, the finite element is further redivided into a plurality of finite elements, the analysis error is distributed to the redivided finite elements, and it is decided whether the finite element having the analysis error distributed to each the redivided finite element larger than the prescribed value exists or not. When it is decided that the finite element having the analysis error larger than the prescribed value exists, the finite element is further redivided, and reallocation of the analysis error distributed to the finite element before the division is repeated.
