PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane panel for a boiler system that enables the use of existing automatic all-around welding equipment and, even in the case of manual welding, ensures a wide work space for welded portions; and a boiler system using the membrane panel. SOLUTION: For the connection of membrane panels in which every other tube end positioned at membrane panel ends is bent, and butt weld portions of the bent tube ends and butt weld portions of the unbent tube ends are butt-welded together, the interval between the butt weld portions of every adjacent tubes is set wider than the interval between every adjacent tubes connected by a membrane bar.
