PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new swing damping device capable of providing effective spring components and damping components without increasing the size of the damping device and realizing excellent durability. SOLUTION: A support arm 14 is swingably installed on a member 12 to be damped. A mass part 16 is installed on the support arm 14. A connection rubber 42 elastically and swingably supporting the support arm 14 is disposed on the mass part 16 at a position nearer a swing center axis 24 than the gravity center of the mass part 16.
