PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deformation of a valve seat with the elapse of time to thereby decrease the variation of a Cv value with the elapse of time as well as significantly increasing the durability of a valve with a flow coefficient Cv appropriately held, i.e., the guaranteed number of continuously opening and closing operation times of the valve in a direct-touch-type metallic diaphragm valve. SOLUTION: In the direct-touch-type metallic diaphragm valve, a metallic diaphragm comprises a laminated body of a plurality of stainless steel thin plates and nickel-cobalt alloyed metal plates and is formed in a circular and inverted-dish-shaped form with its central portion bulging upward. A magnitude of 55 to 70% of the maximum bulging heightΔh in the metallic diaphragm is defined as a maximum valve stroke of the valve. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
