PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden building's concrete foundation stable and safe to earthquakes (longitudinal and lateral vibration and distortion). SOLUTION: A wooden building hard to shake and collapse by earthquakes can be constructed by installing a rubber cushion 3 between a wooden groundwork 1 and a concrete foundation 2, and uniting the wooden groundwork 1 and the concrete foundation 2 into one by means of rotary anchor bolts 4 provided at the concrete foundation 2.
