PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen opening/closing device with a screen to set in inclination for shielding outside light or shutting off a field of view, while preventing damage to the screen or the device itself even when outer force is applied to the screen. SOLUTION: A weight bar 22 mounted at the lower end of the screen 21 is engaged with the tip of a link bar 32 rockingly pivotted on a wall face via a second bracket 31. A sensor part 4 is provided for detecting the upward rocking of the link bar 32, and a moving means 41 is provided for moving a sensor 42 in linkage with the link bar 32 so that it can detect that the link bar 32 rocks a required angle upward from a position where it is stopped at any angle. The sensor part 4 detects the rocking of the link bar 32 which is caused by the load of greater outer force on the screen 21, to roll up the screen 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
