PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column unit capable of accomplishing the further rationalization and labor saving of construction work by making three stories of RC construction columns and beam frames as one unit. SOLUTION: The column unit is equipped with a lower layer column section 6a and an upper layer column section 6b at upper and lower places of a column-beam joint section 3a to have a precast molded shell PCa column member 6 in a hollow cylindrical body shape and a height dimension L for three stories of a building, and equipped with a column main reinforcement 9 provided at the shell PCa column member in parallel with the height direction in a movable manner and a through-hole formed at the column-beam joint section and inserting a beam main reinforcement therein in a movable manner. The penetration beam main reinforcement 7 as the beam main reinforcement projected outward through the through-hole is arranged in the column-beam joint section. A shear cotter fixing a beam member connected to the column-beam joint section is formed therein. A column shear reinforcing bar such as a hoop or the like is buried in the shell PCa column member. An anchorage section anchoring the beam main reinforcement buried in concrete cast in the shell PCa column member is formed in the beam main reinforcement. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
