PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control a vehicle attitude when a vehicle turns. SOLUTION: This vehicle attitude control device has a turning state detecting means for detecting that a vehicle is put in a turning state, a behavior control means for controlling the vehicle to stabilize turning behavior of the vehicle when detecting the turning state by the turning state detecting means, a suspension respectively interposed between front, rear, right and left respective wheels of the vehicle and a vehicle body and having a stopper for restricting a stroke in the vertical direction of the vehicle, and a stopper touch detecting means for detecting a stopper touch state of restricting the stroke of the suspension by the stopper. When detecting the stopper touch state by the stopper touch detecting means, the behavior control means controls the vehicle so as to stabilize turning behavior of the vehicle.
