PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high reflection precoated aluminum alloy plate which can reduce production costs and is excellent in moldability and reflection characteristics in relation to strengthening for miniaturizing, weight-reducing, and wall-thinning an electronic device etc. SOLUTION: The high reflection precoated aluminum alloy plate comprises a substrate 2 made of an aluminum alloy plate and a precoated layer 4 formed on at least one side of the substrate 2. At least one precoated layer 4 has at least one high reflection layer 40 containing a high reflection substance 42 in a base resin 41. In the high reflection substance 42, 2,5-thiophenediyl (5-tert-butyl-1,3-benzoxazol) is included as an indispensable component, and at least one kind of barium sulfate, titanium oxide, calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, alumina, magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfate, zinc oxide, glass, aluminum nitride, boron nitride, silica, zirconium oxide, calcium phosphate, and hollow glass beads is included as an optional component.
