PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire molding drum preventing the occurrence of air sumps between tire members, causing no deterioration of laminating precision, improving workability at the time of lamination, and reducing manufacturing trouble, and also to provide a winding method of tire constituent members. SOLUTION: The drum main body 1 of the tire molding drum is constituted by arranging a plurality of plates divided in the peripheral direction R of the drum in a cylindrical shape and dividing the drum width direction L of the plates 2 into a plurality of parts. Expansion and contraction means 3 for expanding, contracting and fixing the plates 2 in a diametric direction are respectively provided inside of a plurality of the plates 2 divided in the drum peripheral direction R and the drum width direction L and connected to the drive source provided to a drum center axis part 4. The respective plates 2 is diametrically expanded by a predetermined height at an arbitrary position in the drum width direction L by the expansion and contraction means 3 and, as the expansion and contraction means 3, the fluid cylinder of oil pressure or air pressure connected to a fluid supply source is used.
