PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gripping device for an endoscope, which prevents the complicated operations of incision and ablation from being forcedly performed, even if a back end of an anchor reaches a patient's internal wall, which can further pull a lesion region, and which has the small-sized anchor capable of being inserted into a forceps channel from a forceps insertion opening. SOLUTION: This gripping device 10 for the endoscope comprises: a gripping member 61 for gripping an object region; an anchor part 30 which is equipped with a plurality of small anchors 30a and 30b with a formed through-hole 31, and which can be inserted into the forceps channel 17 of the endoscope; a movement regulating member 32 with a holding part composed of an elastic member; and a connecting member 90 which is inserted into the through-hole of the anchor 30 so as to connect the small anchors 30a and 30b together, one end of which is pushed into and held by the gripping member 61, the other end of which is pushed into and held by the holding part, and which connects the gripping member 61 and the movement regulating member 32 together. The gripping device 10 pulls the gripping member 61 by using the anchor part 30. In the gripping device 10, the holding part moves relatively to the connecting member 90 when a force as great as/greater than a holding force is applied to the connecting member 90, and maintains the same position when a force as great as/smaller than the holding force is applied to the connecting member 90.
