PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inhalation amount measurement system which can perform a suitable inhalation treatment by grasping the actual inhalation amount by a subject. SOLUTION: The actual inhalation amount by the subject can be grasped without using an actually employed inhaler and medicaments, etc. by using an inhalation resistor 1 which gives circulation resistance equal to circulation resistance in the inhaler to air stream produced by the inspiration of the subject, a flowmeter 2 which measures the flow rate of the air stream, and the inhalation amount measurement system equipped with an output unit which outputs the measurement result of the flowmeter 2.
